How many of us have read the Preamble to the Bill of Rights?
The Convent of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its power, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added; And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.
We have the Bill of Rights to protect us the misuses of Government power and to protect the minority
from the Majority. These are the Rights of a Free people the standard that can not be violated.
If we are to secure our Liberty, restore The United States of America to her moral Virtue It will only be done by enforcing The Constitution of the United States of America and our Bill of Rights it will not
be done by the Ideology and Agendas of Men .

All of this applies to all level of being Governed State Constitution, city or Village charter we must see to it that they Govern according to those Laws.
