In the midst of the outer appearance of chaos, unstability, confusion and uncertainty, there is Hope.
THE GOAL: A NON-POLITICAL CONSTITUTION LOBBY IN EVERY STATE, OF BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE, TO RESTORE CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNANCE AND THE RULE OF LAW -- TO RESTORE STABILITY AND PROSPERITY - TO HOLD GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE NOT JUST AT ELECTION TIME, BUT EACH AND EVERY DAY HERE ON IN.
We, The People, can come together and for the first time in history, have a lobby, create the organization, power and resources, to protect our Rights and our Constitutions, not with any political intent, but solely to hold elected officials LEGALLY accountable to their Oath of Office.
Do you know what your City Charter says? Do you know you have one? Do you know what your State Constitution says? Do you know you have one?
Who is watching out for the PEOPLE to make sure that our elected officials are staying within the boundaries of these governing documents?
Do you know how we got ourselves in the mess we are in now?
Would you like to be part of an effort that would monitor government at every level, so WE THE PEOPLE would not be caught out after the fact or last minute to stop whatever is going to hurt our pocketbooks, our futures and our country?
There is a way.
INSTITUTIONALIZING CITIZEN VIGILANCE
We can restore America.
We can look back to our Charters of Freedom, the greatest governing documents ever given to mankind. We can RETURN to them and find our way back to stability and prosperity. Put the rudder back in the boat and chart a course, rather than following the whims and assurances of men. How much more proof do we need that we are off the track? Here is a way to get back on.
Open the Agenda for July 13. If your state contact is listed there, get in touch with that person and see what you can do to help. If your state is not listed there, consider stepping up to be a Contact Leader to find those who want a Constitution Lobby to move forward.

He has spent more than three decades trying to hold government accountable to the Rule of Law through We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education and We the People Congress. AN OVERVIEW OF THE VISION OF A PERMANENT CONSTITUTION LOBBY ESTABLISHED IN EVERY STATE IN AMERICA
Imagine! A permanent institution Of The People, By The People and For The People established in each State, as a non-partisan, not-for-profit Constitution Lobby, for the purpose of holding all elected and appointed officials accountable to their local, state and federal Constitutions;
Imagine! The Constitution Lobby in each state will be organized and managed by a Coalition of state leaders of different Constitution-oriented organizations, each one a specialist in their own fields with their own constituencies, but working together as a team for the restoration and maintenance of constitutional order;
Imagine! The Constitution Lobby in each state will share incorporating principles, by-laws and standards of operation with the other states and a national entity aligned for the sole purpose of protecting and defending the Constitution;
Imagine! The Constitution Lobby will have a Board of Directors and Officers; attorneys and appropriate support staff interacting with a network of constitutional monitors established throughout the state. The monitors are people with a passion for Liberty, who will be paid and trained to scrutinize government at every level before the People will be caught out and hear about something that hurts our country after the fact or last minute;
An institution having the organization, power and financial muscle to do whatever it takes to keep elected officials within the boundaries the People have drawn around their power, not only at the state and local level, but as a national body when needed;
An institution that avoids all political questions and does not rely on the electoral process to achieve accountability in government. All constitutional candidates for government will soon be watching the activities of the Lobby and the responsiveness of current office holders;
An organization that rallies People around our Creator-endowed, Absolute Rights i.e. Life, Liberty, Property and the Pursuit of Happiness, and our guaranteed Subordinate Rights to protect them, including the Right to Remedy and Right to Petition for Redress, rather than the promises and assurances of men.
