I DON'T ABOUT THE REST OF YOU BUT I NEVER HEAR ANYONE BRING UP THE Rule of
Law! Is it that no one knows what it is or do they even realize what it means? RULE– an established regulation or guide for conduct procedure, usage,
government a regulation, edict commandment to govern:
GOVERN – TO EXERCISE AUTHORITY OVER, RULE CONTROL, ADMINISTER THE LAWS
LAW: - All the rules of conduct established by authority or custom of a nation, Bodies of law, codes and constitution, criminal law. Rule of Law means to be governed by a code of rules established by a Authority. The Rule of Law for the United States of America is our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The Authority that established this Rule of Law is “We the People of the United States of America”. By what authority did we institute this Rule of Law if you read our Declaration of Independence it is by the Authority of Free men and women who are endowed with this right form our Creator to secure these rights BY INSTITUTING THIS Rule of Law call the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Read the preamble of our Constitution it tells us that we the People of the United States of America did Ordain and establish this Constitution of the United States of America to secure the blessings of LIBERTY. We cannot secure our Liberty through political parties who believe it is their right to Govern according to their party ideology, or by politics, nor by any form of governing that does not line up with the Constitution. It's time to face the truth; those who govern have put aside our Constitution and have not governed according the Rule of Law but by the Ideology of their party, which is based on the agenda of men, and not our Constitution. So look at what is happening; we are losing our Liberty, our Representation and voice in our Government! What can be done about it?
Well our Declaration of Independence reveals to us that as free Men and Women when any form of government becomes destructive of our unalienable Rights. It is our Right to alter or abolish it, and also reveals that it is by our authority we are to institute a Government, laying its foundation on principles and powers that will secure our Liberty for now and all time those Principles are The Constitution of the United States of America. This IS THE RULE OF LAW FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. I think Thomas Jefferson answered that question that when it comes to the rule of Law do not but our confidence in men but in our Constitution; which is flawless in its ability to Govern and that guard against being governed by the Ideology of men.
How did Alexander Hamilton state it: The present Constitution is the standard to which we are to cling! Under its banner, bona fide must we
combat our political. If we are going the save our Liberty and Nation it will only be by restoring, and enforcing the Rule of Law.

We need to change our think on how to restore our Nation and secure the blessing Liberty. It will not be though Political Parties Ideology and Their Agenda, nor Political groups, judges, courts, presidents, not Liberals, Conservatives,nor by playing politics
The present Constitution is the standard to which we are to cling. Under it's banner, bona fide must we combat our political foes-rejecting all changes but through the channel itself provides for Amendments.

TWO THINGS HAVE TO HAPPEN!
First is enforcing the Supreme Law of the Land.

ARTICLE SIX Of our Constitution
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof;
and all Treaties made, or which shall be made. Under the Authority of the United States, shall
be the Supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every States shall be bound thereby, any thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representative before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive Judicial Offer, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;s
We see that our Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. We also see that the Judges are bound by it, Senators, Representatives, State Legislatures, and all Judicial Officers of both the United States and the States are bounded by Oath to Support this Constitution.
The Ideology of Parties, Judges, Political Groups, Sharia Law, The U.N.or any Agenda or Ideology that is CONTRARY TO THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND HAS NO PLACE IN GOVERNING
A FREE PEOPLE WHO BY THEIR GOD GIVEN RIGHT HAVE INSTITUTED A FORM OF GOVERNMENT BY WHICH THEY WILL BE GOVERNED. THAT IS THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND OUR CONSTITUTION AND IT'S BILL OF RIGHTS.
It is our duty as a Free People to Institute a form of being Governed that Secures the Liberty of a free people and that is our Constitution and it's Bill of Rights AND no other!
Second thing is we must elect the right people.
They must be people who truly believe that they are bounded by Oath to uphold and to Govern according to the Constitution. Not their Parties Ideology or Agenda or by any other Doctrine.
It dose not matter what all theses Political Candidates tell us what they think they can do if elected,
What I want to hear is that they are going to enforce the Constitution and it's Bill of Rights . That as my elected official you will restore the Rule of Law in my Nation and represent the Free People of the United States of America. Not his Party.. nor any other Ideology.
Read your Declaration of Independence It is our God given to Institutes a form of being Governed
that secure our God given Liberties. As a Free people we must enforce the Law of the Land.
ARTICLE FOUR SECTION FOUR OF OUR CONSTITUTION
The United States shall GUARANTEE to every State in this UNION A REPUBLICAN
FORM OF GOVERNMENT, and shall PROTECT each of them against INVASION; and on Application of the Legislature, of of the Executive ( when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
The Supreme Law of the Land tells us that We the People or States are to Guarantee a Republic form of being Governed to every State, and we are to Protect each other against Invasion of any kind whither
It's the U.N. ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, SHARIA LAW , OR AN INVASION OF ANY KIND THAT
THAT IS CONTRARY TO OUR CONSTITUTION AND IT'S BILL OF RIGHTS, THAT DESTROYS
OUR FREEDOMS THAT OUR CREATOR HAS ENDOWED US WITH. Also when domestic Violence erupts that is contrary to the Supreme law of the Land we have a commitment to protect
our fellow Free men and women from this. We should come to the Aided of our Southern border States not attack them they are part of this Union. It's We the Free people of the United States Of America that must assure that we have a Republic form being Governed, and protect the Freedom of our fellow Americans.
To do this we must enforce the two Principles in this post.

OBAMA DEFIES CONGRESS ON BORDER!

Obama will once more defy the majority of Americans and DICTATE his narcissistic brand of tyrannical "democratic socialism" – that I like to call OBAMALISM – doing the exact opposite of what the people demand. This is an overt violation of the Constitution!
